• Homeowners Benefit Program is a voluntary employee benefit program provided to you by your employer at no cost. The program offers a wide range of services, at substantial discount, to people who want to buy, sell or refinance real estate.

• Each provider has agreed to discount his or her rates to participate in the program. While their rate is discounted, their quality of service is guaranteed to be at the highest level. You may use any or all of the providers.

• In order to receive the discounted rate complete the employee information section at the bottom of this page. A service coordinator from Homeowners Benefit Program will contact you. Your service coordinator will act as your liaison assuring a coordinated high level of service from all of the selected providers.
